The class will cover the following topics:

WEEK 1 - All about your camera
You will learn about the different automatic settings and when they are best used. You will also learn about the basics of your camera and photography in general

WEEK 2 -Working with image
composition
You will learn components that make a better picture. The rule of threes, angles, repeating objects and other topics will be discussed

WEEK 3 -Improving Landscape
photography
You will learn the in’s and out of taking pictures of landscapes and sights that you encounter during your travels.

Taking pictures of people and family
You will learn the basic skills of taking pictures of your family and people. Posing, dues and don’ts, improving your shoots with flash and creative group shoots.

WEEK 4 - Basic photo workflow and
storage
You will learn how to move pictures to your computer, recommendations for backing up your pictures. Basic post processing & editing and how to present your pictures in slide show and printed books.
