The class will cover the following topics:
WEEK 1 - All about your camera
You will learn about the different automatic settings and when they are best used. You will also learn about the basics of your camera and photography in general
WEEK 2 - Advanced features and when to use flash
You will learn some advances options as well as how and when to use the flash
WEEK 3 - Working with image
composition
You will learn components that make a better picture. The rule of threes, angles, repeating objects and other topics will be discussed
WEEK 4 - Basic photo workflow and
storage
You will learn how to move pictures to your computer, recommendations for backing up your pictures. Basic post processing & editing and how to present your pictures in slide show and printed books.
+Plus one field trip between class 3 and 4 to put your new knowledge to good use
